Vision
Corpus Consulting's vision is to be
a superior
provider of reputable and principled, bespoke
governance, crime and corruption solutions in Australia and the Asia
Pacific region.
Mission
Our mission is to have our clients and future clients
in the private and public sectors recognise the need to call us before it’s too late …
It is integral to our mission that:

We will achieve our mission through these activities:
- Building our business based on utilising our
peoples’ expertise and leadership to deliver responsive, effective and
ethical, value-for-money solutions – while not being process driven.
- Nurturing and supporting our people so that they
benefit and grow, and that we contribute to and expand the body of
knowledge we offer to our clients and future clients.
- Recognising that our expertise is in what is not
inherently a do-it-yourself area, thereby maintaining the principle that
we are here to support and strengthen our clients and future clients in
partnership – it is a part of our ethos to take a collaborative approach
and not to dismiss or ignore the skills and experiences within our
clients and future clients.
- We will engage with existing and future clients to
communicate the benefits of taking action to prepare their best defences
against those determined on targeting them with intent to do financial
or reputational harm today and tomorrow.
- When a client or future client has already been
subjected to such an attack we will use our expertise to assist and
support them in effectively ameliorating the impact and recovering their
position.
- We will not contribute to the dilution of the
wider community standards and we will not compromise our own
professional standards by doing that, even if it is to our commercial
disadvantage.
- We will continually improve our
services by seeking feedback, by building on our strengths, and by
taking action to improve our weaknesses. We will do this by:
- identifying and implementing ways to improve
our services;
- being adaptive and
responsive to change; and
- admitting any mistakes and correcting them.
- We will continually revisit our mission and where
possible refine it to better serve our clients and the community.
Statement of intent
We believe that no statement of principles such as our Vision,
Mission and Values can anticipate every eventuality or
circumstance, but the existence of such a statement of
principles is a self-evident intent to deal ethically and
professionally with any unforseen eventuality.
